经过近３年的调研和试点工作，“中国绿色照明工程”将从今年起开始在全国组织实施，为此国家经贸委牵头组织成立了“中国绿色照明工程”协调领导小组、办公室和专家小组。“九五”期间组织实施开展的“中国绿色照明工程”，将从节约用电抓起，向全国推广节约用电的有效措施，贯彻五中全会提出的经济增长方式的两个转变的精神。这是一项关系到我国国民经济持续发展的跨世纪工程。我刊受国家经贸委资源司的委托，从本期始开辟专栏对“中国绿色照明工程”予以宣传报道，希望有关人士积极参与，踊跃投稿，对开展“中国绿色照明工程”提出建议。
After nearly 3 years of research and pilot work, “China Green Lighting Project” will be implemented nationwide starting this year. To this end, the State Economic and Trade Commission led the formation of the “China Green Lighting Project” coordination leading group, office and expert group. The “China Green Lighting Project” organized and implemented during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period will start with saving electricity, promoting effective measures to conserve electricity consumption throughout the country, and implementing the two transformations of the economic growth mode proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Fifth Plenary Session.
