糖化血红蛋白(Glucosylated hemoglebin GHb)是血中葡萄糖与红细胞内血红蛋白相结合的产物,随血糖浓度而增减,可反映体内血糖的变化。糖化血红蛋白的异常最早见于糖尿病,是估计糖尿病控制效果的一种有效指标,对胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的临床意义较大。肝硬化患者常伴有糖代谢紊乱,为观察其血糖变化综合值,我们对48例肝炎后肝硬化患者进行了GHb检测,现将结果报道如下:
Glycosylated hemoglobin (Glucosylated hemoglebin GHb) is a product of the combination of glucose in the blood and hemoglobin in the erythrocytes, which increases or decreases with the blood glucose concentration, which can reflect the change of blood glucose in the body. Abnormal glycated hemoglobin first seen in diabetes is to estimate the effectiveness of diabetes control an effective indicator of the clinical significance of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Patients with cirrhosis often accompanied by glucose metabolism disorder, in order to observe the integrated value of changes in blood glucose, we have 48 cases of patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis GHb detection, the results are reported as follows:
