本文报道采用“上海-JD型血液灌流解毒器”成功地抢救狗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的实验研究。此种一次性使用的树脂型血液灌流解毒器共吸附性能明显优于以往使用的活性炭(MMAC)型解毒器。提示,“上海-JD型血液灌流解毒器”血液灌流是一种有效的抢救有机磷农药中毒的手段,并为临床抢救工作的开展提供了必要的理论与技术依据。
This article reports the experimental study on the successful rescue of severe severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in dogs by “Shanghai-JD hemoperfusion detoxifier”. The one-time use of resin-based hemoperfusion detoxification device adsorption performance was significantly better than the previously used activated carbon (MMAC) detoxification device. Prompt, “Shanghai-JD blood perfusion detoxification device” hemoperfusion is an effective means of salvage organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and provide the necessary theoretical and technical basis for the development of clinical rescue work.
