多年来,朝阳市委和各级党组织十分注重典型的挖掘和培育,选树、宣传了一批叫得响、立得住、过得硬,群众公认的先进典型,并注重用典型教育引导干部,在全市树立为民务实清廉的干部工作导向。夏志国就是众多典型中的一个。在夏志国的成长过程中,他得到了市委和各级党组织的关怀、培养、支持,从一名普通的环卫工人成长为一名优秀的基层干部。本刊记者在采访夏志国之后,又对朝阳市委常委、组织部长赵大光进行了专访。
