夫妻财产制是界定夫妻财产关系的制度。夫妻财产制在不同的历史时期表现出不同的历史形态和特点,时人对夫妻财产制的历史观也随着特定的历史阶段而出现差异和变化。本文对清代及以前、北洋政府、南京国民政府、新民主主义革命根据地时期、新中国成立以来中国大陆和中国台湾地区的夫妻财产制度历史观进行了简单的介绍,并从男女平等理念、政治因素、经济因素分析了夫妻财产制历史观发生变化的原因和动力,认为研究夫妻财产制历史观的发展演变,对于指导建设和谐家庭,完善夫妻财产关系具有积极意义。
