1目的 探讨高胆红素血症新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)的变化及蓝光照射治疗对 BAEP的影响。 2方法 对 30例正常足月新生儿及 30例高胆红素血症足月新生儿蓝光照射前后的 BAEP进行检测与比较。3结果 高胆红素血症病儿光疗后胆红素浓度下降 ,30例 BAEP异常的病儿 ,13例恢复正常 ,17例明显好转。光疗后 波潜伏期 , ~ , ~ 波峰间期较光疗前明显缩短 ,差异有显著意义 (t=2 .84~ 9.6 4,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论光疗不仅可以降低胆红素浓度 ,而且可以明显逆转胆红素对 BAEP的影响
1 Objective To investigate the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and the effect of blue light therapy on BAEP. 2 method of 30 cases of normal full-term neonatal and 30 cases of hyperbilirubinemia full-term neonatal BAEP before and after the blue-light detection and comparison. 3 Results hyperbilirubinemia in children with phototherapy bilirubin concentration decreased, 30 cases of abnormal BAEP sick children, 13 cases returned to normal, 17 cases were significantly improved. Phototherapy after wave latency, ~, ~ peak interval was significantly shorter than before phototherapy, the difference was significant (t = 2.84 ~ 9.64, P <0.01). 4 Conclusion Phototherapy can not only reduce the concentration of bilirubin, but also significantly reverse the impact of bilirubin on the BAEP
