论证分析了传统方法设计冷轧规程,特别是极薄规格规程时迭代过程容易发散的原因。提出应用极限差值法优化设计冷轧规程,结合显式轧制力公式,规避了迭代发散问题,可用于各种目标函数下的规程优化设计。实例验证迭代计算13次即可得到满足工程精度的优化规程;与现场实际参数对比,最大偏差在7%以内,相比简易有限元方法20%的偏差大为改进,同时不受初始值设置限制,迭代不会发散,特别适合极薄规格冷轧带钢规程优化设计。
The reason why the iterative process is easy to diverge when the traditional method is used to design the cold-rolling procedure, especially the ultra-thin gauge procedure is demonstrated. It is proposed to optimize the design of cold rolling rules by using the limit difference method, and to avoid the iterative divergence problem by using the explicit rolling force formula, which can be used to optimize the design of processes under various objective functions. The experimental results show that the iterative calculation can optimize the engineering accuracy 13 times. Compared with the actual field parameters, the maximum deviation is within 7%, and the deviation from 20% of the simple finite element method is greatly improved, while the initial value is not limited , Iteration will not diverge, especially for the specifications of the cold-rolled strip of ultra-thin specifications optimal design.
