为贯彻落实《纺织工业调整和振兴规划》,优化区域布局,促进纺织工业结构调整和产业升级,增强纺织工业国际竞争力和可持续发展能力,现就推进纺织产业转移提出如下意见:一、纺织产业转移对促进结构调整具有重要意义纺织工业是我国国民经济的传统支柱产业和重要的民生产业,也是国际竞争优势明显的产业。多年来实现了快速发展,但长期积累的结构性矛盾和问题也日渐凸显。
In order to implement the “Plan for the Adjustment and Revitalization of the Textile Industry”, optimize the regional distribution, promote the structural adjustment of the textile industry and industrial upgrading, and enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of the textile industry, we hereby offer the following opinions on the promotion of the textile industry: The transfer of industries is of great significance to structural adjustment. The textile industry is a traditional pillar industry and an important livelihood industry of our national economy. It is also an industry with obvious international competitive advantages. The rapid development has been achieved over the years, but the structural contradictions and problems that have accumulated over the long term have also become increasingly prominent.
