原 国家教委《小学思想品德课课程标准》指出 :“思想品德课是向小学生系统地进行公民基本品德教育的一门课程 ,肩负着提高学生思想道德素质 ,促进其整体素质得到全面发展的重任。对培养学生良好的道德品质 ,养成文明的行为习惯和形成正确的世界观、人生观起着重要的指导作用。
