上海沪东集装箱码头有限公司(SECT)是上海国际港务(集团)有限公司与丹麦著名跨国企业A.P.穆勒一马士基集团旗下的APMT码头公司在上海共同组建的合资公司,成立于2002年9月,2003年2月开港试生产。作为合资企业党组织如何围绕企业的发展目标,充分发挥思想政治工作的优势,努力实现与国外先进管理理念的有机结合,是一个新的课题。在近五年合资的实践过程中,公司党委针对企业员工队伍状况,以培养“四有”员工队伍为目标,初步探索了与合资企业相适应的思想政治工作新机制的建立和不断完善。
Shanghai Hudong Container Terminal Co., Ltd. (SECT) is a joint venture company jointly established by Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. and APMT Terminal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the famous Danish multinational AP Muller-Maersk. It was established in Shanghai in September 2002, February 2003 to open trial production. As a joint venture enterprise organization around the enterprise’s development goals, give full play to the advantages of ideological and political work, and strive to achieve the advanced combination of foreign management concepts, is a new topic. In the practice of the joint venture in the past five years, the party committee of the Company aimed at raising the level of the staff in the enterprise and setting up a contingent of “four” staffs to tentatively explore the establishment and continuous improvement of the new mechanism of ideological and political work in line with the joint venture .
