少数民族预科教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,能够促进少数名族地区民族团结、经济发展、社会繁荣,是培养少数民族建设人才的重要手段。预科教育肩负着为国家培养少数民族人才的重任。然而,当前预科专业分配制度中存在着诸多不合理之处,如无法兼顾边远地区差异、造成边远地区学生学习热情减淡、引起负面结果导向等。基于此,本文建议改革预科专业分配制度,按区分配专业指标,达到因材施教的目的。
Preparatory education for ethnic minorities is an important part of higher education in our country. It can promote ethnic unity, economic development and social prosperity in ethnic minority areas and is an important means of training minority nationalities for building qualified personnel. Preparatory education shoulders the task of training national talents for ethnic minorities. However, there are many irrational problems in the current matriculation allocation system, such as the failure to take into account the differences in remote areas, the diminished enthusiasm for learning in remote areas, and the negative result-oriented. Based on this, this article suggests reforming the system of matriculation allocation and allocating professional indicators according to districts so as to achieve the purpose of teaching students according to their aptitudes.
