热熔枪一般用于贴片元器件的拆卸,市售成品热熔枪价格不菲。虽然有媒体介绍过代用品,然而要做得实用,尚存一定难度。笔者发现用PVC塑胶管板材焊接的“东诚”DSH—B型塑料焊枪替代热风枪效果不错。该枪最大功率为700W,且能对不同厚度的材料,在不同的环境温度下,通过调节焊枪尾部的旋钮,便可改变喷出气流的温度,达到最佳的焊接质量。它也适用于多脚IC、贴面元件的拆卸。该焊枪发热体为
