多次采样组合是扩大CIS动态范围的有效方法,但实时实现尚未达到使用的程度.针对实时在片控制提出一种多次采样组合的VLSI实现方法.通过获取加权像素光强平均值以及饱和像素数目和严重欠曝光像素的数目来确定CIS的采样方式.采样多帧组合模式时,实时对曝光次数和曝光时间点进行调度,依据积分时间将多次采样组合为大动态范围的输出图像.使用FPGA平台对该方法进行模拟,模拟结果证明了该方法的有效性和实时性,能够显著扩展CIS的动态范围.
Multiple sampling combination is an effective way to expand the dynamic range of CIS, but real-time implementation has not yet reached the level of use. Aiming at real-time in-chip control, a multi-sampling combination VLSI implementation method is proposed. The CIS sampling method is determined by obtaining the weighted average of the intensity of the weighted pixels and the number of saturated pixels and the number of severely underexposed pixels. When sampling the multi-frame combination mode, the exposure times and the exposure time points are scheduled in real time, and multiple samplings are combined into an output image with a large dynamic range according to the integration time. The method is simulated by using FPGA platform. The simulation results show the validity and real-time performance of the proposed method and can significantly extend the dynamic range of CIS.
