随着“互联网+”发展的趋势,医务人员对医学影像的移动化也有了一定的需求。针对这一需求,本文提出了一种基于网页(web)的可视化医学影像平台。首先,本文分析了绘制医学影像的可行性以及技术要点,通过医学图像处理和科学可视化的跨平台应用框架(Me Vis Lab)对电子计算机断层扫描成像(CT)或磁共振成像(MRI)图像进行三维(3D)重建,并且封装成可扩展3D语言(X3D)文件。然后,应用第五代超文本标记语言(HTML 5)和网页编程图形库(Web GL)渲染引擎库,设计出专门为3D图像渲染的浏览器/服务器(B/S)系统,并利用该系统解析、渲染X3D图像文件。本文的研究结果显示,该平台适用于多个操作系统,便于实现医疗影像数据的跨平台化、移动化。最后,本文对医疗影像平台的发展进行了展望,指出web技术的应用将促进医疗影像数据的共享,也便于实现基于医疗图像的远程会诊和远程教学。
With the trend of “Internet + ” development, medical staff also have certain demands on the medical imaging. In response to this demand, this paper presents a web-based visual medical imaging platform. First of all, this paper analyzes the feasibility and technical points of drawing medical images, and makes a computerized tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image through Me Vis Lab, a medical image processing and scientific visualization Three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction and packaging into Extensible 3D Language (X3D) files. Then, the fifth generation Hypertext Markup Language (HTML 5) and WebGL rendering engine library are applied to design a browser / server (B / S) system specially for 3D image rendering. With this system Parse and render X3D image files. The research results of this paper show that the platform is suitable for multiple operating systems to facilitate the cross-platform and mobile medical image data. Finally, the paper forecasts the development of medical imaging platform, and points out that the application of web technology will promote the sharing of medical imaging data and facilitate the realization of remote consultation and distance learning based on medical images.
