原代培养人胚肝细胞,观察外加不同剂量亚硒酸钠对肝细胞生长代谢的影响。结果表明,当培养液中硒的作用浓度增至1.156×10-6mol/L时,肝细胞聚缩、脱落,丙氨酸转氨酶外释增多,白蛋白合成减少,存活率下降。提示过量硒具有明显的肝细胞毒性作用。
Primary culture of human embryonic liver cells, observe the effects of different doses of sodium selenite on hepatocyte growth and metabolism. The results showed that when the concentration of selenium in the culture medium was increased to 1.156 × 10-6mol / L, the hepatocytes collapsed, shedding, the release of alanine aminotransferase increased, the albumin synthesis decreased, and the survival rate decreased. Tip excessive selenium has obvious hepatotoxic effects.
