医院感染严重影响白血病的治疗,且为白血病最常见的死亡原因之一。为探讨白血病医院感染的预防措施,减少白血病医院感染,对我院114例白血病医院感染患者进行回顾性分析。 1 对象与方法 收集1994年6月～2000年11月114例白血病医院感染患者,对病原菌种类及药敏试验结果,结合临床调查感染部位,感染发生时患者白细胞及疾病的阶段,化疗和抗生素应用情况,进行综合回顾性分析。 2 结果 2.1 感染部位与病原菌:114例白血病医院感染
Nosocomial infections seriously affect the treatment of leukemia and are one of the most common causes of death from leukemia. In order to explore preventive measures for leukemia nosocomial infection and reduce hospital infection of leukemia, 114 patients with leukemia nosocomial infection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. 1 Subjects and Methods 114 patients with leukemia hospital infection from June 1994 to November 2000 were collected. The pathogens and drug susceptibility test results were combined with the clinical investigation of the infection site, the stage of leukocyte and disease at the time of infection, chemotherapy and antibiotics application.
