目的:探讨加强口腔科质量管理对预防院内交叉感染的效果。方法:选取在浙江省慈溪市龙山医院口腔科就诊的120例患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组则采用常规诊疗和质量管理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予加强临床质量管理预防院内交叉感染,比较两组的院内交叉感染的发生及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组患者发生院内交叉感染率为0.00%,对照组患者发生院内交叉感染率为8.33%(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为98.33%,对照组患者满意度为83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:加强口腔科临床质量管理,对预防院内交叉感染具有较好的作用,有效降低了院内交叉感染的发生率,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of strengthening quality management in dentistry to prevent cross-infection in hospital. Methods: A total of 120 patients treated in Stomatology department of Yongsan Hospital of Cixi City, Zhejiang Province were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of admission. Patients in the observation group were given clinical quality control to prevent cross-infection in the hospital on the basis of the control group, and the incidence of nosocomial cross-infection and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nosocomial cross-infection was 0.00% in the observation group and 8.33% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.33% and that of the control group was 83.33% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening clinical quality management in dentistry has a good effect on preventing cross-infection in hospital, effectively reducing the incidence of nosocomial cross-infection and improving patient satisfaction.
