低分子肝素是通过酶解或化学降解的方法得到分子量较小的普通肝素片断,较普通肝素抗凝血作用小,出血等不良反应发生率低,是一类很有价值的药物。本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶梯度电泳对低分子质量肝素进行纯化,从凝胶中回收肝素寡糖片段,并通过高效凝胶渗透色谱法测定回收样品的相对分子质量。结果制备得到平均M_r约为3019的肝素寡糖,构建了梯度电泳制备肝素寡糖的方法
Low molecular weight heparin is obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis or chemical degradation of the molecular weight of unfractionated heparin fragments, compared with unfractionated heparin anticoagulant effect is small, the incidence of bleeding and other adverse reactions is low, is a class of valuable drugs.
