探讨重组鲨肝刺激物质类似物(r-sHSA)对CCl_4急性肝损伤模型的保护作用。采用CCl_4花生油溶液(0.15%,ip)诱导小鼠急性肝损伤,用改良赖氏法测定血清ALT、AST、MDA水平,并观察病理变化。结果显示r-sHSA能显著降低CCl_4所致小鼠ALT和AST升高,恢复AST/ALT比值,降低MDA的含量。病理切片显示r-sHSA能明显减轻CCl_4对肝组织的损伤。r-HSA对CCl_4急性肝损伤小鼠具有一定的保护作用。
To investigate the protective effect of recombinant shark hepatic stimulating substance analogue (r-sHSA) on acute liver injury induced by CCl 4. Acute liver injury was induced in mice by using CCl 4 peanut oil solution (0.15%, ip). Serum levels of ALT, AST and MDA were measured by modified Lai’s method and pathological changes were observed. The results showed that r-sHSA can significantly reduce the CCl 4 -induced ALT and AST in mice, restore AST / ALT ratio, reduce the content of MDA. Pathological sections showed that r-sHSA could significantly reduce the damage of CCl 4 to liver tissue. r-HSA has a protective effect on CCl 4 -induced acute hepatic injury in mice.
