牙轮钻头在井底破岩中起着主导作用,它的使用寿命几乎直接取决于钻头轴承的寿命,而轴承的寿命在很大程度上依赖密封圈的寿命。利用ANSYS研究单金属密封圈的结构参数对其密封性能的影响,建立牙轮钻头单金属密封系统模型,然后提交任务到ANSYS模块进行分析计算。分析单金属密封中各种几何参数变化与密封面接触压力峰值之间的关系,并进行结构优化。
Tricone bit plays a leading role in rock breaking, and its service life depends almost directly on the life of the bit bearing, and bearing life depends largely on the life of the seal. ANSYS was used to study the influence of structural parameters of single metal seal on its sealing performance. The model of single metal seal system of roller cone bit was established. Then the task was submitted to ANSYS module for analysis and calculation. The relationship between the variety of geometrical parameters in single metal seal and the contact pressure peak of sealing surface was analyzed and the structure was optimized.
