钻井水力参数计算中,有关计算公式相对复杂和繁琐,本文以非牛顿液体的速度梯度与切应力关系数学模式为基础,简析了属于非牛顿液体的钻井液在圆管内和环形空间内的流动规律,导出了在钻井中8个水力参数的实用计算公式,同时也给出了牛顿液体的相应计算公式,在现场使用中方便简洁。
In the calculation of drilling hydraulic parameters, the calculation formula is relatively complicated and cumbersome. Based on the mathematical model of relationship between velocity gradient and shear stress of non-Newtonian liquid, this paper analyzes the flow of drilling fluid belonging to non-Newtonian liquid in circular tube and annular space Law, the practical formula of 8 hydraulic parameters in drilling is deduced. At the same time, the corresponding calculation formula of Newtonian liquid is also given, which is convenient and concise to use in the field.
