新课标的理念体现了以学生的终身发展为本,以学生全面发展为目标,关注学生的学习结果与过程,把学生的情感态度与价值观连同学生的知识与技能、过程与方法一并纳入课标体系,这就表明新课程标准的价值取向已经由学科的知识本位走向了学生的发展本位,因此,英语教学中使用全英语教学是符合新课标的理念和新课标的价值取向的。可以这样说,在乡镇中学采用全英语教学势在必行。
The concept of the new curriculum reflects the life-long development of students, aims at the all-round development of students, focusing on students’ learning outcomes and processes, incorporating students’ emotional attitudes and values together with students’ knowledge and skills, processes and methods This shows that the value orientation of the new curriculum standard has moved from the subject-based knowledge to the development-oriented one. Therefore, the use of English teaching in English teaching is in line with the concept of the new curriculum standard and the value orientation of the new curriculum standard. It can be said that it is imperative to adopt full English teaching in township schools.
