用自行研制的多用途离子热处理炉研究了离子渗碳的有关工艺问题。研究表明。层深不超过2mm,在930℃渗碳,离子渗碳的保温时间只有气体渗碳的1/5.且其组织优于气体渗碳;在相同温度下,用氮做载气其功率密度较用氨做载气可降低45%.但在相同时间内其渗层深度也相应降低了43%;离子渗碳只需控制载气与富化气的比例就能控制渗层中的碳浓度。

And its organization is better than gas carburizing; at the same temperature, using nitrogen as a carrier gas, its power density can be reduced by 45% with ammonia carrier gas. However, at the same time, the depth of the infiltrated layer decreased by 43%. Ion carburization can control the carbon concentration in the infiltrated layer simply by controlling the ratio of carrier gas to rich gas.
