改革开放以来,我国的经济体制、产业结构以及社会结构发生了很大的转变,我国的社会保障制度和社会分配制度也进行相应的改革,社会的转型和利益分配机制的改变是导致我国城市新贫困人口出现的主要原因,因此,政府应当完善和加强我国城市新贫困人口社会保障,解决我国城市新贫困人口的生存和发展问题,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。本文主要介绍了我国城市新贫困人口的含义,分析了我国城市新贫困人口给个人和社会带来的危害,并提出了解决我国城市新贫困人口社会保障问题的对策,希望能为解决我国城市新贫困人口社会保障问题提供有效的建议。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic system, industrial structure and social structure have undergone tremendous changes. China’s social security system and social distribution system have also been correspondingly reformed.
