“嘿/有没有听说/中国最近什么话题最酷/是十三五/要了解中国的下一步/你最好关注十三五……”最近,一首网络神曲《十三五之歌》在海内外流行。一首歌曲流行,表面上看是文化现象,深层次折射出的却是世界对中国发展的关注。特别是当下,全球经济复苏低迷,中国这个世界第二大经济体,13亿人口的大国,下一个五年甚至更长远的未来发展之路如何走,各国都想找到答案。
