In order to meet the requirements of the beam storage time in HIRFL-CSR, the average vacuum degree in this system must be better than 6×10-9 Pa, so the system should be baked to about 250℃ on the line after being exposed to atmosphere and be well controlled. In this paper, determination of baking temperature, the thermal sensors, thermal insulators and heater jackets, baking-out process and control and test results on CSRm prototype are introduced.
