目的探讨多层螺旋CT腹部血管成像(multi-slicespiralCTangiography,MSCTCTA)技术及实用价值。方法60例接受腹部增强检查的病人以高压注射器经肘静脉注入非离子型造影剂进行增强扫描,所用设备为GELightspeed16排多层螺旋CT,扫描层厚7.5mm,螺距0.938~1.375,进床速度27.5mm/周。将扫描数据经重建后传送至同机工作站(GEAdvantageWindows4.0)进行后期处理并获取腹部的血管图像。结果显示肝脏血管瘤21例,腹部血管变异17例,门静脉高压症或Budd-Chiari综合征12例,腹部恶性肿瘤10例。所有图像均可显示局部血管的立体结构以及与周围器官的关系,并可多方位、多角度进行观察,可重复进行。结论作为一种安全、无创伤的显示腹部血管的方法,MSCTCTA可对疾病的诊断特别是介入治疗及外科手术提供有价值的信息。
Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTCTA) technique and its practical value. Methods Sixty patients undergoing abdominal augmentation test were treated with high pressure syringes with nonionic contrast medium injected through the cubital vein for enhanced scanning. The equipment used was GELightspeed 16 multi-slice spiral CT with a slice thickness of 7.5mm, a pitch of 0.938-1.375 and a bed speed of 27.5 mm / week. The scanned data was reconstructed and sent to the same workstation (GE Advantage Windows4.0) for post-processing and acquisition of abdominal vascular images. The results showed that 21 cases of hepatic hemangioma, 17 cases of abdominal vascular variation, portal hypertension or Budd-Chiari syndrome in 12 cases, abdominal malignant tumor in 10 cases. All images can show the local vascular structure and the relationship with the surrounding organs and can be multi-directional, multi-angle observation can be repeated. Conclusion As a safe and noninvasive method of displaying abdominal vessels, MSCTCTA can provide valuable information on the diagnosis of disease, especially on interventional and surgical procedures.
