目的探讨食管充气加淀粉胶双重造影CT扫描的应用价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的65例食管癌CT扫描资料,全部病例均经食管充气加淀粉胶双重对比CT扫描检查。结果65例中,造影剂附着显影良好且食管壁病变观察清晰者64例,占98.46%。CT诊断与手术符合达100%,病变范围与术中吻合63例,达96.92%。检出食管癌术后吻合口转移瘤2例。结论应用食管充气加淀粉胶双重造影CT扫描,增加了对食管癌的检出率,对食管病变的诊断有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of dual-contrast CT scanning of esophageal inflatable plus starch gel. Methods Totally 65 cases of esophageal carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected. All the cases were examined by double contrast CT scanning of esophageal inflatable plus starch gel. Results Among the 65 cases, 64 cases had a good contrast and good imaging, and 64 cases showed clear esophageal wall lesions, accounting for 98.46%. CT diagnosis and surgery in line with the 100%, 63 lesions in the scope of surgery and anastomosis, up 96.92%. Two cases of esophageal cancer metastasis after operation were detected. Conclusion The application of esophageal inflatable plus starch gel double contrast CT scan, increased the detection rate of esophageal cancer, the diagnosis of esophageal disease has important application value.
