肠球菌是近年来医院感染的重要病原菌之一,粪肠球菌和部分屎肠球菌分泌产生的聚集物质(AS)是肠球菌重要的毒力因子。聚集物质是性信息素反应质粒在性信息素反应中表达的表面连接蛋白,介导细菌间质粒的接合转移、细菌聚集黏附及细菌与真核细胞的黏附,在肠球菌毒力和抗生素耐药传递中发挥着重要作用。本文就聚集物质的致病性、生成与调控作一综述。
