高琦、张丽杰(白银公司劳研所)报道:本文以30例单纯Ⅰ、Ⅱ期矽肺为观察组,均为男性,工龄5年左右,平均年龄50岁(最大73岁,最小40岁),工种为岩工、爆破工、搬运工。经体检、心电图、超声波检查均属正常。另选非接尘作业男性工人21例为对照组,平均年龄44岁(最小36岁,最大51岁)。经体检,心电图、肝、脾超声波检查、X线胸部摄片、血脂测定均属正常。两组均作了肺血流图检查。

The physical examination, ECG, ultrasound are normal. Another 21 non-dust-exposed male workers were selected as the control group, with an average age of 44 years (minimum 36 years, maximum 51 years). After physical examination, electrocardiogram, liver, spleen ultrasound examination, chest X-ray film, blood lipid determination are normal. Pulmonary blood flow tests were performed in both groups.
