蜊门港海峡特大桥是浙江省象山县石南高陆岛交通工程的组成部分。该桥全长为219m,宽为9.8m,主孔跨度为150m,为预应力混凝土组合悬臂桁架拱结构。该桥横跨两岛之间,与国内同类型的桥梁相比,在结构设计、材料工艺、施工方法等方面有较大的改进和突破,故使这种新型结构体系在实践中又增添不少可以借鉴的经验,值得推广和应用。本文结合跨海桥的特点,从设置定位装置、空中翻身与悬拼操作、预应力筋张拉、体系转换等方面作了详细介绍,并提出了可供借鉴的安装经验和建议。
Clammen Port Strait Bridge is an integral part of the traffic project of Helan Island, Helan, Zhejiang Province. In this paper, the characteristics of trans-sea bridge are introduced in detail from the following aspects: setting positioning device, turning over and hanging upside down, prestressing tendon tensioning and system conversion, and put forward some installation experience and suggestions for reference.
