目的了解海南省德国小蠊对DDT、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威5种常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为指导科学合理用药提供依据。方法在海南省海口市、三亚市、文昌市、昌江县、琼中县农贸市场、餐饮场所、宾馆饭店大量采集德国小蠊成虫,经实验室获得子一代试虫;使用药膜接触法测定德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,获得德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的半数击倒时间(KT50)及其95%置信区间(95%CI),评价其抗药性程度。结果海口市、三亚市、文昌市、昌江县、琼中县德国小蠊对DDT的抗性系数分别为48.43、2.02、59.22、8.51和8.10;对溴氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为12.57、1.77、28.74、1.15和1.66;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为5.00、2.57、11.23、1.01和2.15;对乙酰甲胺磷的抗性系数分别为1.05、1.19、1.40、0.59、0.89;对残杀威的抗性系数分别为1.40、1.08、1.27、1.19、0.97。结论 1)文昌市德国小蠊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂高抗,对DDT极高抗,对乙酰甲胺磷和残杀威低抗。2)海口市德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯和DDT均高抗,对高效氯氰菊酯中抗,对乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威低抗。3)三亚市德国小蠊对五种杀虫剂均低抗。4)昌江县和琼中县德国小蠊对DDT产生中抗,对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯低抗,对乙酰甲胺磷无抗性,琼中县德国小蠊对残杀威也无抗性。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of Blattella germanica to DDT, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, acephate and propoxur homeostasis in Hainan Province, and to provide basis for scientific and rational drug use. Methods A large number of adults of Blattella germanica were collected from Haikou, Sanya, Wenchang, Changjiang, Qiongzhong farmers’ markets, food and beverage establishments, hotels and restaurants in Hainan Province, and the first generation pests were obtained in laboratory. The sensitivity of Blattella to commonly used insecticides was evaluated. The half-knock-down time (KT50) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) of common cockroaches on common insecticides were evaluated to evaluate their resistance. Results The resistance coefficients of DDT in Haikou, Sanya, Wenchang, Changjiang and Qiongzhong were 48.43, 2.02, 59.22, 8.51 and 8.10, respectively. The resistance coefficients to deltamethrin were 12.57, 1.77, 28.74, 1.15 and 1.66 respectively. The resistance coefficients to beta-cypermethrin were 5.00, 2.57, 11.23, 1.01 and 2.15, respectively. The resistance coefficients to acephate were 1.05,1.19,1.40,0.59,0.89, Granville’s resistance coefficient was 1.40,1.08,1.27,1.19,0.97. Conclusions 1) The German cockroach in Wenchang is highly resistant to pyrethroid insecticides, highly resistant to DDT, low resistant to acephate and propoxur. 2) The German cockroach in Haikou is highly resistant to deltamethrin and DDT, resistant to beta-cypermethrin, to acephate and propoxur. 3) Blattella germanica has low resistance to the five pesticides. 4) The resistance of DDT in Changjiang County and Qiongzhong County to Blattella germanica was low, resistance to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin, no resistance to acephate, nor to Blattella germanica in Qiongzhong County. .
