目的探讨中药配伍对昆明山海棠的减毒作用。方法分别以莱菔子、佛手等与昆明山海棠配伍前后的水煎液对小鼠灌胃,比较急性毒性的试验结果。结果配伍组和昆明山海棠组的LD50分别为117.30、89.69g·kg-1,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论配伍莱菔子、佛手等能减轻昆明山海棠的胃肠道反应,延长小鼠存活时间,降低了昆明山海棠的急性毒性。
Objective To explore the attenuated effect of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine on Begonia kunming. Methods Mice were respectively gavaged with decoction of Radish seeds, bergamot, etc. before and after the compatibility with Kunming Begonia, and the test results of acute toxicity were compared. Results LD50 was 117.30 and 89.69g · kg-1 in the compatibility group and Begonia group, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The compatibility of Radish, bergamot and other can reduce the Begonia of Kunming Begonia gastrointestinal reactions, prolong the survival time of mice and reduce the acute toxicity of Begonia kunming.
