推行药品零加价政策后,取得了极好的成效。本文针对推行药品零加价政策中遇到的资金缺口测算和人员管理的问题,进行了分析,从提高资金测算的准确性和提高人员积极性方面提出相应的对策以解决问题。
After implementing the policy of zero fare increase of medicines, we achieved excellent results. This paper analyzes the problem of estimating the funding gap and personnel management encountered in the policy of zero charge for medicine, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the accuracy of the capital measurement and improve the enthusiasm of staff to solve the problem.
