本文通过对橡胶厂打包机、硫化机喷气噪声的治理,阐述了喷气噪声的产生机理及纯金属结构宽频带喷气噪声消声器的设计原理和使用效果.这种消声器的消声原理不是在声音发出之后消除它,而是从发声机理上通过升频效应,使它的干扰噪声减小.不但具有消声频带宽、降噪量大、结构简单、坚固耐用、适用范围广等特性,而且还可用于水蒸汽排放噪声的控制.
