经济全球化背景下,市场经济覆盖面积越来越广,我国积极出台相关文件适应新环境,但在企业的生产经营活动中仍面临许多的劳动用工风险,笔者主要从岗位风险、规章制度风险、劳动者管理风险与法律风险四大风险入手,提出规避风险的有效措施。企业要想有效的规避劳动用工风险,实现健康良好发展,必须严格依照相关法律法规的要求,履行好自己的职责与义务。
Under the background of economic globalization, the coverage of market economy is becoming more and more widespread. Our country actively issues relevant documents to adapt to the new environment. However, it still faces many labor and employment risks in the production and operation activities of the enterprises. The author analyzes the risks of employment risks, rules and regulations, Labor risk management and legal risk of the four major risks to start, put forward effective measures to avoid risks. In order to effectively avoid the risk of labor and employment and achieve healthy and sound development, enterprises must fulfill their duties and obligations in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
