为了解损伤前后全血乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的变化以及按摩对其影响,我们观察了损伤和治疗前后家兔全血AchE活性的变化。实验结果表明,损伤可以引起家兔全血AchE几个时相的变化。按摩不仅可以取得良好的治疗效果,还可以加速AchE的回升及升高过程,从而缩短了AchE活性恢复至正常水平的时间。提示,外周乙酰胆碱(Ach)可能是参与损伤和抗损伤的重要物质之一。
To understand the changes of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity in whole blood before and after injury and the effect of massage, we observed the changes of AchE activity in whole blood of rabbits before and after injury. The experimental results show that the injury can cause changes in rabbits whole blood AchE several phases. Massage not only can achieve good therapeutic effect, but also can accelerate the AchE rise and rise, thus shortening the AchE activity returned to normal levels. Tip, peripheral acetylcholine (Ach) may be one of the important substances involved in injury and anti-injury.
