间质干细胞具有多分化潜能,它有多种来源,最主要来源于骨髓。间质干细胞表达大量表面标志物,但至今没有一个是非常特异的,它在体内外适当的条件下可分化为神经细胞,成为细胞组织工程理想种子,因此它可以被应用于治疗血液病、淋巴瘤和一些免疫疾病及神经系统疾病等。近年来对间质干细胞分化潜能及其应用研究较多,就间质干细胞神经分化潜能及其在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用研究进展做一综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells have pluripotency potential, it has a variety of sources, the most important source of bone marrow. Mesenchymal stem cells, which express large numbers of surface markers but none have so far been so specific, can differentiate into neurons under appropriate conditions both in vitro and in vivo, making them the ideal seed for tissue engineering in the cell so that it can be used in the treatment of hematological disorders, Tumor and some immune diseases and nervous system diseases.
