本实验对74例急性脑梗塞患者和46例正常人的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、水溶性荧光物质(WSFS)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和维生素E(VE)水平进行了测定,结果显示:脑梗塞患者的LPO和WSFS均明显高于正常人(均P<0.01),GPX和VE均明显低于正常人(P<0.01,<0.05)。脑梗塞患者LPO增高与WSFS增高呈显著正相关,且二者与GPX、VE的降低均呈显著负相关,表明脑梗塞患者体内自由基产生增加,脂质过氧化作用增强。建议在本病的早期,应给予适当的抗氧化治疗。
In this study, serum levels of LPO, WSFS, GPX and VE in 74 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 46 healthy controls were measured. The results showed that LPO and WSFS in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in normal people (all P <0.01), GPX and VE were significantly lower than those in normal people (P <0.01, <0.05) . There was a significant positive correlation between the increase of LPO and the increase of WSFS in patients with cerebral infarction, and both of them were negatively correlated with the decrease of GPX and VE, indicating that the increase of free radicals and the increase of lipid peroxidation in patients with cerebral infarction. Proposed early in this disease, should be given appropriate anti-oxidative therapy.
