目的观察ATP生物荧光法快速检测物体表面细菌含量的试剂应用效果。方法利用ATP荧光仪和荧光素酶对部分医疗物品表面自然菌含量进行了检测和评价。结果经使用生物荧光法对医院重点部门物体表面检测150份,合格76份,合格率50.7%。消毒前物体表面检测75份,合格率为18.6%;清洁或消毒后物体表面检测75份,合格率为82.7%。结论ATP生物荧光法应用于医院重点部门物体表面清洗消毒前后细菌含量检测结果比较,具有实际使用价值。
Objective To observe the application effect of reagent for rapid detection of bacterial content on the surface of an object by ATP biofluorescence. Methods The contents of natural bacteria on the surface of some medical items were detected and evaluated by ATP fluorescence and luciferase. Results By using biological fluorescence method, 150 parts of the surface of objects in key departments of the hospital were tested and 76 were passed, with a pass rate of 50.7%. Before sterilization, 75 samples were detected on the surface of the objects, with a pass rate of 18.6%. After cleaning or disinfection, 75 samples were detected on the surface, with a pass rate of 82.7%. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence method is applied to the detection of bacterial contents before and after cleaning and disinfection on the surface of objects in key departments of hospitals, which has practical value.
