作者为观察用低浓度肾上腺素(0.05-0.5%)和1%胍乙啶联合疗法对慢性开角型青光眼的长期疗效,对89名(173眼)经过治疗和未经治疗的慢性开角型青光眼患者应用上述联合疗法。其中男52名,女37名。年龄28-85岁(平均65.3岁)。随访时间12-42个月,平均28个月。患者主要包括:(1)单独使用缩瞳药或缩瞳药与碳酸酐酶抑制剂或肾上腺素合用,或三者同时使用均不能有效控制眼内压者。(2)对缩瞳药不能忍受者。(3)须避免使用缩瞳药者,例如晶体混浊。(4)对高浓度的胍乙啶(3%或5%)和肾上腺素(1%)不能忍受者。
To observe the long-term efficacy of combination therapy with low concentrations of epinephrine (0.05-0.5%) and 1% guanethidine in patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma, 89 (173 eyes) with and without untreated chronic open-angle Glaucoma patients apply the above combination therapy.
