2004年以来,国内对邓小平行政管理思想的研究取得了较大的进展。一是从整体角度推进了邓小平行政管理思想的核心内容、基本特色以及历史地位的研究;二是从理论体系构成要素角度深化了邓小平行政体制改革思想、行政决策思想、行政文化思想、行政发展思想及行政领导、方法与艺术思想的研究。今后加强和深化邓小平行政管理思想研究,应该重视从马克思主义中国化与中国行政学发展的实际需要宏观把握邓小平行政管理思想,同时加强邓小平行政管理思想的文本研究,实现党史学与行政学的真正融合。
