上世纪70年代,电伴热作为一种创新技术开始在流程工业应用,但是面临传统蒸汽伴热的极大挑战。70年代末工业界开始求助标准化组织制定电伴热技术标准。1983年英国BSI 6351和IEEE515同年发布。之后IEC又发布了一系列伴热技术标准。电伴热技术标准让生产企业的产品质量保证有标准可依,让第三方测试机构能够依照标准进行权威性的测试和产品认证,从而让客户对电伴热技术的信心大大提高。事实证明,电伴热标准对于电伴热技术创新产品的产业应用和发展具有极大的推动作用。
In the 1970s, electric heat tracing started as an innovative technology in the process industry, but faced with the great challenge of traditional steam tracing. The late 1970s, the industry began to help standardization organizations to develop electric tracing technology standards. 1983 British BSI 6351 and IEEE515 released the same year. After IEC has released a series of technical standards for heat tracing. The standard of electric heat tracing technology allows manufacturers to guarantee the product quality according to the standards so that third-party testing organizations can conduct authoritative testing and product certification according to the standards, so that customers’ confidence in electric heat tracing technology is greatly enhanced. Facts have proved that the electric heat tracing standard for electric heat tracing technology innovation and industrial application and development has a great role in promoting.
