“以党内民主带动人民民主”是一条比较可靠的改革路径人民论坛:党内民主是党建的重要课题。与之经常一起出现的一组概念是人民民主,有“以党内民主带动人民民主”一说。作为党建研究方面的专家,您认为两者有何关系?应如何“以党内民主带动人民民主”?王长江:首先,“以党内民主带动人民民主”不是一个简单的号召,是必须坚持的一条比较可靠的改革路径。中国共产党作为唯一的执政党,唯一一个对整个国家起调控和领导作用的党,实行党内民主就能带动人民民主。
