《中华人民共和国保险法》(以下简称《保险法》)经第八届全国人大常委会第十四次会议通过,并于1995年10月1日施行。如何贯彻执行《保险法》,依法经营成为各保险公司面临的十分重要的问题。当前学习《保险法》则是摆在我国保险界的头等大事,只有通过认真学习,才能懂法、用法,做到依法经营,促进保险业的稳定与健康发展。笔者通过学习,联系人保公司实际谈两点认识。
The Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “Insurance Law”) was approved by the Fourteenth Session of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee and implemented on October 1, 1995. How to implement “Insurance Law” and operate according to law has become a very important issue for insurance companies. The current study of “Insurance Law” is the top priority in China’s insurance industry. Only through careful study can we understand the law and use it to do business according to law and promote the stability and healthy development of the insurance industry. The author through learning, contact company Paul actually talk about two points.
