The soil gas radon method test used to evaluate a scintillation counter and a sensitive film has been done in Illy. Near-surface vanadium-potassium-uranium mineralization with industrial value in the semi-arid environment of the region. Samples were taken at 200 points along the line and grid to measure radon and y flux and local uranium-thorium content. At the same time also collected a detailed meteorological records. The two methods of radon measurement give basically the same results, providing clues for determining the local distribution of uranium rather than the overall distribution of mineralized zones. With reference to the results of this measurement, the long-distance migration of radon was examined. Fluid convection models may improve oxygen measurements under suitable sunlight conditions.
