亨特水平分型脱箱造型线在我厂投产应用已近三年了,最近进行了一次中修。通过前一阶段的实践,我们对HMP—10型造型机(以下简称亨特机)有了进一步的认识。我们认为该机具有如下特点: (1)设备安装,调试方便。我厂安装、调试该机仅用了三周时间,接着便投产应用。 (2)造型机结构紧凑,占地面积小,操作维修方便,运行稳定可靠。 (3)该机的电气、液压、气动控制系统动作可靠,因而产量、质量可以得到保证,成型率可达95％以上。 (4)该机的精度除靠制造和安装来保证
Hunter horizontal type unboxing modeling line put into operation in our plant for nearly three years, and recently conducted a repair. Through the previous stage of practice, we have further understanding of the HMP-10 Molding Machine (Hunter). We think the machine has the following characteristics: (1) equipment installation, easy debugging. I plant installation, commissioning of the machine took only three weeks, then put into operation. (2) molding machine compact structure, small footprint, easy operation and maintenance, stable and reliable operation. (3) The machine’s electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic control system is reliable, so yield, quality can be guaranteed, forming rate of up to 95%.
