龙胆泻肝汤乃《医宗金鉴》李东垣之方。它首载于《兰室秘藏》,由龙胆草、生地、当归、柴胡、泽泻、车前子、木通等药组成。《医方集解》收载该方,增加了黄芩、山栀、甘草三味。该方有清利肝胆湿热之功。主治肝经实火之胁痛、口苦、目赤、耳聋、耳肿。肝经湿热下注之小便淋浊、阴肿、阴痒、湿疹、囊痛、便毒等疾患。笔者运用该方于眼科,收到满意效果,现介绍几例,供同道参考。一、急性眼结膜炎王×、女、28岁,邮电局报务员,病历
