本文首次用氨气敏传感器与TLC扫描对15家制药厂生产的21批板兰根制剂中的靛玉红、靛蓝、七种氨基酸及总氮量进行检测研究,找出相应的含量范围,提出质控方案,供有关部门修定药典时参考。
For the first time, the ammonia gas sensor and TLC scanning were used to detect and study the indirubin, indigo, seven amino acids and total nitrogen in 21 batches of Banlangen produced by 15 pharmaceutical factories. The corresponding content range was found and quality control was proposed. The plan is for the reference of the relevant department when it is revamping the pharmacopoeia.
