I. INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of continuous casting technology, multi-furnace continuous casting process is becoming more and more perfect. The rapid filling of new process is widely adopted, which puts forward higher requirements for steel flow control system. In order to produce high-quality silicon steel, WISCO No.2 steelmaking plant needs quick injection of φ90mm and φ80mm nozzles for continuous casting, while continuous casting requires φ70mm nozzles for continuous furnace.
